Our Health and Safety Guidelines
Here is what you can expect for a safer, professional shopping experience:
We have placed clear signage both outside and inside our store explaining our social distancing measures
There will be a limited number of customers in store at any one time to maintain a safe 2 metre distance.
We will make both hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes available upon arrival in store. We will ask all customers to practice this prior to handling any products.
This is for the health and safety of all our customers and staff.
We have carried out a professional deep clean of the entire store.
All touched areas will be frequently cleaned with disinfectant.
All stock will be thoroughly cleaned after use.
Our store will be cleaned fully before opening every day.
Our credit/debit card machine will be cleaned after each transaction. Where possible we ask customers to pay with credit/debit card.
We will provide all staff with PPE equipment such as visors and masks to ensure both our staff and customers are kept safe at all times.
We will also use hand sanitiser or wash our hands thoroughly before and after attending to each customer.
We will check staff temperatures each morning before we open to the public to ensure all staff are well enough to work.
We will have brand new custom-made Perspex screening in place. These will be in front of each counter for the extra protection of all customers and staff
We completely understand it may take a little longer for you to be able to return items to us at this time.
